Five dedicated Conference Room Numbers are provided with the TALK2 plan and you may select your own room numbers (on a first come, first served basis).
Memorable room numbers make 03TALK even easier for you and your conference delegates to dial in. You can even append the Conference Room Number and Access PIN to the 03TALK general access number to allow one-touch dialling in to your conference call. The ability to change the access PIN (along with delegate announcements) instantly online means that your conference calls remain secure.
To speed dial into your conference, please store the number on your phone using the following format:
03303300330,9,12345678,4321
replacing "12345678" with your Conference Room Number and "4321" with your Access PIN.
[Should you encounter any difficulties with the speed dial number, please try replacing the single commas in the dial string above with double commas.]
The TALK2 plan allows up to 500 people to dial into a conference call, making it an ideal solution for seminar calls where large numbers of delegates are invited to listen to an audio presentation, for example.
Whether it's a quick call which you've created using One Click Setup or a scheduled recurring conference, all 03TALK calls offer the ability to invite delegates directly from the website.
You have the option to email everybody you invite to an 03TALK Conference Call - and this is our default notification for all conference calls. The email is dispatched with the time and date of the call, the login details and the great news about the low costs of dialling in to an 03TALK call.
All emails are sent with an Outlook Calendar attachment which contains the information detailed above and automatically sets any recurrence options for Outlook.
Twitter and Instant Messages - COMING SOON!
Follow @03TALK on Twitter and add your Twitter username to your 03TALK user profile. It's that simple. You can now receive Twitter DMs (Direct Messages) with details of scheduled conferences. You will also be alerted about any changes to the Access PIN for conferences which you are scheduled to attend.
Conference notification is possible in a similar way via Google IM, AIM and MSN.

SMS messages are purchased by the 03TALK Account Administrator or Billing Contact on a pre-paid basis. The conference Administrator controls who may receive SMS notifications via MY.03TALK.COM.

All email notifications are sent with an Outlook Calendar attachment in the form of a .VCS file. This contains the conference start date and time, details of the Conference Room Number and Access PIN and information about the cost of the call. Simply double-click the attachment to add the event to Outlook and automatically set any recurrence notifications (which may be edited directely from Outlook).
Once an account has been created at MY.03TALK.COM, any Administrators associated with the account have access to a range of conference scheduling tools:
Add/Edit/Delete Contacts
From MY.03TALK.COM, you are able to add/edit/delete contact information, making scheduling conferences a breeze.
The contact management interface also allows the Administrator to assign notification preferences to contacts. All conference delegates will receive an email notification.
Change Conference Room PIN
All callers joining a conference are announced, but to keep Conference Rooms even more secure 03TALK offers the option to change the Conference Room Access PIN instantly online. When a change is made by the Administrator, all delegates attending any scheduled conferences are advised of the new Access PIN and those who are using the iPhone / Android Apps will have the new PIN pushed to them upon launching the conference dialler app.
Lock Conference Rooms
Once assigned, a permanent Conference Room is available 24/7 by dialling 0330 330 0330 and entering the Room Number and Access PIN. Should Administrators prefer, Conference Rooms may be locked and unlocked instantly via MY.03TALK.COM.
Schedule Recurring Conferences
Via a simple online interface, conference calls may be set to recur at regular intervals, with reminders being sent to conference delegates via emailat pre-defined times. The delegates associated with a particular recurring conference may be updated at any time and access to calls may be restricted by CLI to ensure maximum in-conference security.
Invite Delegates from Address Book Entries
Our free service allows up to 10 delegates to be invited to conferences via a simple online form - email addresses separated by commas. By selecting TALK2, adding and storing contact data makes conference scheduling even easier, since delegates can be selected from your 03TALK address book. Email messages, along with notification via secondary addresses (such as Twitter, AIM, MSN or SMS) maximise the chance of communication about scheduled conferences, changes to Access PINs etc being received.
Invite / Restrict Callers based upon CLI
Using CLI (Calling Line Identity) to moderate conference calls adds another layer of security and control. When creating a conference call, simply check a box to restrict access to the CLIs of callers you have invited. Please do be aware that using this feature will preclude access from any other numbers, so if a delegate is calling from a number not listed in your address book, they will not be able to access the call.
Whether it's a sales and marketing briefing which you'd like to circulate to the whole team after the call or job interviews you'll need to review later, the ability to record conferences and circulate links to download the recordings to people you choose is very powerful. Conference recording on every call - or just those you need to record - is included in on our TALK2 plan.
Dedicated Access Numbers
On the TALK2 plan, we provide a dedicated 03 access number for the exclusive use of your organisation. You may have more than one number per account and additional numbers are charged at £4.99 (plus VAT) per month.
Custom IVR Prompts
The announcement message heard by callers joining your conference, along with other prompts, as desired, may be customised to suit the needs of your organisation. All prompts are recorded by professional voice over artists. Individual audio files cost £2.99 per month.
